When public entries are restored, names and booking dates may be enough to narrow a match, but that should be verified against the live sheriff page at that time. For now, the absence of search results is a reason to call the jail, not a reason to assume the person is gone.

Sevier County Booking Process
A Sevier County arrest can come from the Sheriff's Office, Richfield police, Salina, Monroe, Aurora, or another local agency. Adults who are held locally are transported to Sevier County Jail for intake. Booking can include identity recording, property inventory, searches, medical and mental-health screening, classification, and access to phones or tablets after intake rules are met.
